We liked most about this product is the ease of use of it. With ample training, employees can easily access and utilize all the features that this product has. Also implementation was a breeze and we only encountered minor problems along the implementation process.

Already deployed elsewhere with 4 years of experience (more than other vendors)
What we disliked? Probably the need to train. Why? Because you can only utilize all the product features if you have enough training which the vendors are ready to provide. Once training is finished, the product is absolutely great to use.
