Powerful, easy to use platform with deep, up to date attack coverage - the produce is very intuitive while still providing a huge range of realistic attacks simulations that are always kept up to date, with MITRE ATT&CK and other leading frameworks at it's core. 2. Seamless ecosystem integration - integration is smooth and reliable, with connectors to a wide variety of apps and tools, so it's fit naturally into our exciting security and IT stack. 3. Exceptional support and AI -driven innovation - the support team is outstanding and genuinely collaborative, and the product team is eager to learn and raidly ship advanced capabilities especially around AI, Agentic AI and MCP and quickly publish new cutting edge discoveries.
I appreciated the library of techniques and the way they can be applied. The level of logging was fair, and the customer support was good to work with. Additionally, the ability to tailor deployments and build a network map of where the assets were located was very valuable.
-The ability to run simulations that are based on real world attacks gives us visibility that we could not have without it. -Being able to continuously validate our controls and identify security control drift. -The SafeBreach team we work with offers the best support in the business and is always extremely helpful.
1. Lack of AI-Driven automation : Integrated AI agent to orchestrate investigation is not available 2. Platform coverage imbalanced : Strong depth on Windows attack surface but needs better visibility and detection content for macOS specific behaviours and TTPs 3. Threat Intelligence quality and integration : TI feeds could be richer and better normalized, with tighter integration into detection logic and automated enrichment workflows.
We found a significant amount of bugs in deployment that were difficult to resolve, specifically in terms of allowing internal reachback (we were using a cloud service). Additionally, the general capabilities weren't as specific or finetuned as needed to make this a worthwhile financial investment.
At times, it can be difficult to maintain a number of integrations and simulators, but this is often due to organizational hurdles rather than issues with the tool.
