Version we upgraded to had major defects. We were blamed.
Hard to get consistent technical support. Version we upgraded to had showstopper defects that negatively impacted our customer experience. Vendor lacked the right sense of urgency when helping us with our issue. We got different answers and diagnostic tools from different technical specialists. Vendor told us to "wait for it to happen again" to be able to run diagnostic stored procedures so they could get to root cause. Then we were told we weren't on the right version. We had to push the vendor to develop a hot fix for our issue, which took considerable wrangling. We often felt like they were blaming the victim. Ultimately, we ended up hiring a third party consulting firm to get the technical expertise we needed. - Other CxO<50M USDHealthcare and BiotechReview Source
