I like the multiple event management features. Using Splash for events is easy. I like attendee management capabilities.
It's a very simple-to-use platform, easy to put in the hands of non-technical marketers.
User friendly: very little onboarding necessary before being able to use the tool
Splash is capable and zero failures to report.
Missing some basic functionality such as adding custom tracking scripts, custom form validation, adjusting attendee statuses, webhooks on publish, access to poll results via API, etc. They charge for professional services for things that could and should be self-serve.
some features are hard to find, need to dig into the sub menus. A search bar would have been helpful to find some settings or features.
