Three features that I like about this product is the ability to create dashboards to help tell a story using graphs and numbers. The second would be the SPL language itself; it is easy to comprehend and create queries for alerting. The last thing would be that their documentation that is provided is very extensive and their community page has allowed me to always find the answers I needed.

- there are a lot of compliance product - Dashboard are really beautiful and easy to make. - Analysis : with IA and Machine learning, it's very simple to find root cause on a problem or incident
Three things that I dislike about the product would be first the ability to run rules once they are created without having to adjust the rules settings in order for the rule right away. Second, I would say that sometimes Splunk errors are not as straightforward as I would hope and would love to see more feedback provided to the end user. Third, their dashboarding capability is extremely extensive and helpful but when it comes to Tokens, I would find it helpful for more features around implementing those throughout a dashboard.
