All event logs are stored into a platform SAAS, it has helpful features that block and/or allow specific process chains. We can map the attackers threat path fairly easily.
I like the central management server and the ease of deployment. I haven't seen it breaking a program or service on endpoints so thats positive. It has nice reporting capabilities.
Alerting, Dashboards, Integrations to on prem and Azure
The Agent sometimes creates bottlenecks on systems, overwhelming the system resources, it also lacks a good way to re-install the agent.
Experienced high performance on clients after an update. After an update a required reboot, this is very oldschool (but i'm also a Unix admin, so probably don't understand).
Can be hard to fully manage alone as there are so many moving parts to this product...needs to be looked at and in the system all the time as new features and updates are released very often.
