As close to plug & play in its approach as possible. While the human element is necessary, the software is intuitive and capable enough to manage the workload on its own. The pricing is competitive and the support is always there. It identifies files in M365, Google, File Servers, Alfresco, and very much in Atlassian (think JIRA - this is an absolute winner!)
The comprehensive asset discovery and customizable report
Risk assessments and prioritization are the leading and most likely features of Tripwire. Feature-based analytics and continuous monitoring to detect new vulnerabilities has been fantastic feature to use within the organization.
It can be slow at times in the processing There were times where there was a delay that sometimes needed human interaction - while this is acceptable, the client had issues (perhaps expectation setting was needed) having to intervene. Still more marketing on their part to ensure they are a 'visible' solution.

Compliance monitoring needs improvement as this usage is complex compared to other sophisticated tools and no other disadvantages were observed.
