The velocity and security definitely is the difference.
The cost was what I liked at first and it worked relatively flawlessly across a multiple of devices. Was easy to install and get working .
the reliability and resources available
It's a lot of service but they're not so together.
Some things where really not clear. I did not feel like my information was encrypted to the point of Verizon not having access to it. Also did not have a lot of features, which is good for some people.
