Sometimes the evaluation of software takes longer than 20min. Sometimes an email isn't sent when evaluating new software if the local client and WatchGuard haven't communicated in awhile. It's not always clear when new software is being blocked because it is accessing a database on a different local Server.
there could be false alarms limited reporting features as well deployment over different networks are not directly connected for some reason
The performance impact, it consume many resources of the machine and slow it down the computers
