Of a number of features, the 3 that standout are: 1) Its enterprise integrations; 2) its flexibility and no code tool sets; 3) its workflow orchestration capabilities
It provides some really powerful agents with tools like Vertex AI search allowing you to build with the context or your data and on your cloud with connectors and Agents without any additional subscriptions is a bit of a no brainer for google cloud based orgs
Data accuracy, and the low/no code deployment, works well with knowledge retrieval for our Google Cloud databases
The 3 main features that could use improvement are: 1) it has a complex pricing structure; 2) Documentation is not as intuitive as it should; 3) there are limitations on its customization
its still in its early stages and with that comes challenges but it provides the tools and resources to overcome this
There was a steep learning curve for users. We required a super-user to be able to educate others on use cases and for use cases that worked on a large scale. Cost was also a negotiated factor for ultimate need for products from Agent Builder.

I found Vertex AI Agent Builder to be an efficient way to prototype and deploy conversational agents. The low code no code interface and integration with Vertex AI makes it fast to move from ideation to implementing a prototype. The built-in connectors and retrieval features let you add and read data sources without heavy engineering work. In daily use, it speeds up experiments. Production still requires careful engineering around prompts, data pipelines, and monitoring.
