ACCELQ Unified Likes & Dislikes
Good readability of the test. Easy to organize the test and group steps in the way you want No code goes behind just recording the test, but the predefined commands and good support makes it possible with little technical insight to cover both detailed frontend testing and backend testing without help from developers in the team
What I like the most about the product is how clearly it delivers on its core promise, its ability to enable codeless automation while supporting complex test scenarios stand out most. It significantly reduces maintenance effort and speeds up QA cycles.
AccelQ allows staff with any level of technical sophistication to create automations without needing any programming skills.
I'm missing more flexibility in views to work with and compare more in parallel to work faster. Also missing more focus on time managmenet of the tests, but have hopes that the new dashboard with it's flexibility in setup also will civer this over time. Used to miss a recording option, but that is also now covered, and I like the easy switch between recording and not recording to be able to better change where in the test I need to continue working.
This is an opportunity for them to fix their Dashboard and in the future I would like to see UX testing capability getting more simplified.
Standard dashboards lack the granular flexibility required for building reports for executives.

Easy setup, catching the bugs early and both frontend and backend tests run locally without hassle
We needed both frontend and backend testing, and all the scheduled tests needed to run locally on our own servers, due to safety concerns for customer data, and AccelQ could give us that. Been easy to learn, and little technical insight is needed to also cover more detailed testing and backend testing on my own with predefined commands. Whenever I've run into problems or needed assistance on how to solve a task, I've always gotten quick help from support to find a solution. Scheduled tests are predictable and we are catching more bugs than before at an earlier stage with an average of 1-3 per week. - Software Developer<50M USDMiscellaneousReview Source
