The steep learning curve is challenging for new users. Initial setup can be complex. troubleshooting issues sometimes takes longer than expected. not good for small teams. enterprise yes.
I have been using this product for 7 years and the only struggle I did have before was getting an artifacts on opensource base like youtube. Since it is a paid service I don't see of those only until I came a cross and well informed that all I needed to do is to create a profile in customer portal and I will get my artifacts and answered there .Now, that I am well-informed, I dont see this struggle anymore and always tell my workmates to have a profile created just incase they have issues and well be keep updated with any news or cool stuff that parasoft has to offer.
stability, online help, lacks integration capability
The steep learning curve is challenging for new users. Initial setup can be complex and integration sometimes takes longer. For example if you recommend a free DB like MySQL why not offer to install it for the client as part of the installation (DTP and license server) or maybe Postgres.
