The TestSigma lab is the best feature! You can select any device to test your mobile application or web application. It reduces the time to test our scenarios.
Reusable test components save a lot of time. Once I build a flow, I can drop it into new scenarios without starting from scratch. The support team is quick to answer and actually helpful.
The unified lab is very beneficial across various devices and browser versions. Collaboration is helpful and easy with the capabilities of the Product Manager to read tests and match business requirements. Self-healing is a very big advantage for an iteratively changing development process.
The export test case option. I think it should be a general option for each project (with one or more applications)
There is no Asana integration, which is the task management tool we rely on, so we have to juggle workarounds. Many features come with extra costs, and that adds up. Really complex tests are still hard to write and maintain.
There is a performance lag in the cloud-based tool when we are executing so many tests going on across the enterprise versus a process running on a local machine. Dashboard/reporting limitations that we have noticed that prevent some of the customizability that we desired. We may end up being forced to export to construct the necessary charts.

My experience with TestSigma has been very positive and enriching from the beginning. The tool has allowed me to significantly accelerate test automation without losing technical control. The learning curve is short, even for teams coming from more traditional tools such as selenium. Regarding OTP scenarios, TestSigma does provide support; however, the configuration can be complex to implement in certain flows. Despite this, there are alternative approaches available, such as using REST API integrations, wich greatly simplify the retieval and handling of OTP codes during test execution. When it comes to AD logins, native support could be futher improved, especially for authentication flows that are common in enterprise environments. Although the tool presents minor issues from time to time, the support team is highly responsive and proactive. Their fast response time have helped us quickly resolve both technical and functional challenges in our test scenarios.
