We are using Tibco mashery as API gateway. It helps us to quikly deploy APIs and apply policies on them. It also helps us to easily manage the APIs. API versioning is also easy. The overall user experience with TIBCO mashery has been satsfactoy. It just lacks the strong user community around it.

Tibco Mashery provides a solid platform for managing APIs
Our API timeout limit was reduced from 10 mins to 60 secs with no advanced notice. When we contacted Tibco customer support, they reviewed our request and promptly responded but were unable to provide a resolution. Luckily, another senior contact at Tibco was able to provide a grace period for us to make necessary changes on our end to support our clients.
