We have run into issues with their Jira integration in the past and reporting customization flexibility can be limited. Integration into an automated testing process can be limited with mobile applications because there is no ability to upload new mobile images for testing via the API.
Can be expensive if only testing applications with a small scope. Does not cover infrastructure and architectural reviews within the testing. Findings tend to be skewed to mediums and above compared to other vendors.
The homepage reporting widget lacks a drilldown feature.
