I love the robust suite of configurable components that allow me to do data lineage and impact analysis with ease. The interface is very flexible and customizable. Also, the analysis you can run of data issues is very in-depth!
Interface is lagging sometime
Cumbersome to use, difficult to upgrade.
The service has a pretty steep learning curve, and requires a decent amount of training. The interface, while robust, does have the occasional bug. There also aren't a lot of reviews online, which means we had to make the decision pretty much just based on what we could find out.
