“Provided servers for recovery has been great. Managed services recovering our systems no.”
We have been utilizing Sungards managed services for many years. Most recently (past 18 months) we've made attempts at outsourcing a number of servers to them. They have not improved in any way over the past 5 disaster recovery drills we've had with them. Have the servers available to our internal team has yielded us the best results with them, but having their managed services team make the attempts have been fruitless.

we have very good experience with SunGard Service. They are always responsive and on top their task. They have very good support team and Engineers are knowledgeable. System updates / upgrades are not noticable
SunGard has provided the right scalable infrastructure required to sun our Database and application we have not experienced any major issues with SunGard. they do have well organized operations especially when comes to updates their systems the downtime was not noticeable to us due to building redundancy.
