Once they have secured the business, they show little flexibility when we request additional services - everthing hinges on the purchase order. From operations perspective, their technicians perform their assigned tasks, but they miss a broader understanding of our end-to-end business proceeses. We would also appreciate more proactive engagement, whish is currently lacking.
