GravityZone excels in detection accuracy, ease of management, and overall security effectiveness. Its EDR and XDR capabilities offer deep insight into endpoint behaviour, process lineage, and real time threat indicators all without overwhelming us with noise or false positives. The platform has helped us strengthen our security posture substantially by providing better visibility into device activity, reducing risk exposure, and enabling quicker response workflows.
Bitdefender cleans malware, it cleans and prevents viruses. It's easy to use, easy to navigate, and very easy to run. The support team is quick and able to resolve most issues. Bitdefender is easy to manage, install, and push via RMM.
1. Adaptability: The extensive range of policy settings on offer enables you to customize the product to fit your specific needs. 2. Efficacy: The solution operates efficiently and fulfills its purpose. 3. Support: The support team is very engaging, providing swift and effective solutions, and verifying we understand both the resolution as well as the underlying issue. They are also very good at taking customer feedback and improving the solution based on this feedback.
Reporting needs some improvements, especially for patch management. Also, there is no way to create a list of all patches installed/missing on an individual device. We have to run reports for all devices to get the status of a single device we are focusing on. It would be great to have a device profile section that includes details about the device, which includes key information like risk score, recent detections, and a list of incidents the device was involved in.
Reporting issues between the RMM and the software seems to be a problem, requiring a hard full removal and reinstall.
Given the extensive range of customization options available, it can sometimes feel intimidating or excessive. However, their documentation is extensive and everything is thoroughly explained so you can make the best configuration decision based on your situation.

The BitDefender console has POWERFUL features at the click of a button. If I have questions, a dedicated BitDefender Technical expert can help me answer them by the end of the day or in some cases immediately. He frequently checks in and asks how he can help which is excellent, you do not get that everywhere. We use 3 different anti-virus products in our environment and I have to say BitDefender is number 1. Tops!
