Systems and features upgrade are easy and non disruptive.
NetApp Support is very good. Strong partnership with other leader vendors, and focused on its own strengths, not generallistic.
The speed and features like deduplication, inline compression and provisioning.
i did not find missing features.
Would get better providing integrated solutions documentation, some product descriptions are a little vague.
VVOLs are not production ready. We had so many issues. VMware Horizon won't work, a SQL cluster doesn't work, and IOPS that are assigned to VVOLs are not shown in the dashboard, leading to extreme throttling of the system.
