The UI is pleasant to look at.
We finally have a single source of truth for all our vulnerabilities from the long list of tools we use to scan. This is something we have never had prior, and this is something multiple vendors attempted to do for us unsuccessfully in the past.
I can not think of any. Very good tool.
There is a complete lack of API support. There is no method to interact with Balbix that doesn't require direct user manual interaction. The level of manual effort is so extreme that even when a user attempts to generate a report or data export they have to wait sometimes almost an hour for the report to be generated then manually log back in to download the report. In discussions with Balbix, an API has been promised for years and never delivered, we have gone so far as to request a scheduled data dump to an S3 bucket which similarly went nowhere.
1. No access to logs for data connectors, which means troubleshooting an issue with a connector misfire requires starting with Balbix even if the issue is with the source tool. 2. No trending in reporting, everything is point in time. 3. No API for integration with workflow engines to pull findings and turn them into actions.
