The unified visibility helps teams orgs roll out policies that reduce the risk of policy drift. Ultimately, it's the ease of use that clients tend to love about the product.
1. Ease of addition of the rules. 2. The path can identify the required firewalls. 3. Risk assessment in case of cloud flow and providing details of each and every risk. 4. Integration with service now and creation of rules with those tickets. 5. Ease of implementation from scratch, could be done in less than 2 weeks.
Automated policy analysis and optimization. Integration with multi cloud and on-premise firewalls Powerful risk and compliance reporting tools.
The main thing that could be improved is the time to value and ability to roll out enterprise-wide quicker.
1. Unable to add large subnets or broad rules. 2. Creation of duplicate objects. 3. Unable to define few internal subnets which has public IP addresses. 4. Basic capability of adding an object in an object group is through a different tool i.e. object flow however it could be easily provided through fireflow
Initial setup and integration for a few cloud platforms will take more time. Reporting customization options are limited and could be improved

Dissecting Firewall Automation: Strengths, Challenges, and User Experience
The product is good for automation of rules and identification of network firewalls along the path of the network. However, the product has certain issues which we found after deployment of the product, like duplicate object creation, unable to identify correct firewalls at times, can't add large subnet rules or difficulty identifying the path if you are using a broader subnet. Overall, a good product to automate manual work but needs a lot of work.
