“Healthcare MDM Consolidates Data from Multiple Sources Using Advanced ML Techniques”
We implemented the MDM for a healthcare client consolidating the data from different entities like hospitals, providers, clinics, pharmacies, patients' data, reference data from various standard & nonstandard sources. Entity resolution and ML features to work with messy data by applying fuzzy logic and algorithms are used for critical operations and historical data (usually manually entered and with a high degree of inaccuracy). We are able to clean a lot of such records using regression/logistic regression/clustering & classification. Since this links patient, hospital, doctor & nurses, it is highly critical and any inaccuracy needs to be alerted and manually reviewed adding human in loop component.
