I like the spaces for different alert types I like the custom metrics ability I liked the adding users to alerts feature
Ability to train BigEye on what is important and what is not over time.
This may be a platform and implemenation problem for us - but inability for UI created tests to create a PR to store tests as yaml (code) I know it's possible to create tests as code, but that hasn't been deployed as a solution for us.
I dislike the in built metrics, I feel they are not sensitive enough. I dislike the naming conventions, I found them conflicting with other commonly used terms I disliked the complexity of the setup
Not sure if there is anything I dislike TBH. If anything I guess it does take a a few keystrokes to get things working so maybe if I could chat to an AI robot and it then just goes and configures things how I ask it (after reviewing of course)
