Their customer support has also been responsive and they have regular platform updates to address new features as well as security updates.

Product is good for integration as it provides various enterprise connectors that help in connecting various systems. Service and support could have some improvement. Also, after the release of a new connector version (example database V2 is released) they do not provide a seamless way to transition automatically. The entire integration process has to be manually modified and deployed.
