1. Network discovery and topology mapping - automatically scans and visualizes all devices on the network, making it easy to see how everything is connected. 2. Firmware management - allows centralized updates across multiple devices 3. Performance monitoring - provides real-time insights into device status, traffic and alerts
The feature of the product that I think is most helpful is the dashboard. This allows for easy monitoring of network performance and utilization. Another feature that is also helpful is the automatic updates of our network devices. In in an environment that has a large number of network devices of various types, keeping these devices' firmware updated can be an administrative nightmare. Therefore, the ability to automatically keep their firmware updated is beneficial. Another feature that is beneficial is the ease of retrieval of technical data which supports operations and maintenance.
It only supports Cisco devices, and doesn't support any other brands.
1. Slow load times - can lag when managing larger networks 2. Inconsistent device detection - some devices don't always show up reliably 3. Limited customization
Although the tool is very useful, the more advanced features are costly in my opinion. Scalability can also be an issue as well in larger networks.
