It's flexibility. As you can write any arbitrary python code, you can perform pretty much any action you want, when someone orders a service. For now we could achieve to fulfill all of our requirements including compliance and governance topics.
It is pretty extensible, as it is a python based architecture, which allows it to automate almost anything. CloudBolt is also excellent at managing hybrid environments.
like any other service, you need to adjust how you operate to make most of a new system. Sometimes the reports are slow to load, sometimes the site is slow to load, onboarding process could have been better
