The account management/relationship (so far) is the greatest asset of CloudBolt. While their general support desk is not very efficient and does not add much value, the account management team seems to make up for that. An email or schedule session is usually all it takes to get some focused attention to your issues. Whether this will be sustained, is to be seen....
It's flexibility. As you can write any arbitrary python code, you can perform pretty much any action you want, when someone orders a service. For now we could achieve to fulfill all of our requirements including compliance and governance topics.
Its easy to integrate, its a vendor supported appliance that takes way the customization development from us. The vendor is open to enhancements and looks to us for feedback on what we need.
The CloudBlot Team's roadmap most recently has been focused on AWS and Google Cloud, leaving a lot of advertised features out of the Azure integration. Some more attention on Azure would be appreciated.
Even though the update cycle is fast, it often feels like new bugs are introduced, especially with the implementation of new features.
