I know this is a focus over the upcoming last half of the calendar year. Proactive Service Optimization is another area where opportunities exist. Cognizant is still in somewhat of a reactive mode due to the flurry of requests and demands, however with optimizations comes cost reductions that can benefit both sides.
Time to resolve trouble tickets. Lack of flexibility. Improves business productivity.
