The Cloud Workload Protection/Runtime protection is a feature not many CSPM/CNAPP products offer. Having the ability to apply prevention controls on serverless endpoints helps reduce overall risk exposure and gives greater insights as to what commands are being executed on these hosts.
- Once deployed working almost without our integration
The product it's precise in giving information about asset exposure in cloud, giving visibility of policy configured for every asset and real-time threat detection alerts on cloud assets.
It takes awhile to get it full deployed. Prisma Cloud does provide a tool called Adoption Advisor to aide with this task. Overall, it is not difficult to deploy/integrate but requires time, planning, and configuration to ensure it is customized for each environment.
Support is unhelpful, resolution takes too long, issues reoccur after weeks, and despite linking to previous cases, we have to repeat the same explanations and answer identical questions.
The interface is sometimes complex to navigate. It's hard to customize policy due to the complexity of the interface, and sometimes we had some issues in searching logs in the platform with queries.
