The platform presents risks in a clear, prioritized way that is easy for both corporate IT and local subsidiary teams to act on. Strong hygiene insights that help individual subsidiaries understand what to fix first. Good collaboration with CYE's team - they respond to feedback and have adjusted reports and information based on input we provided.
Clear steps are provided to mitigate vulnerabilities found, which is a great way to learn about the actions that should be taken given the associated findings

The main challenge for us is operating in a large decentralized organization with 37 subsidiaries. Getting a unified, singlepaneofglass view requires manual work on our side. Consolidated reporting is still difficult, and the multicompany report needed adjustments after we provided feedback. Data alignment across all platforms is not always seamless, and some parts of the product dont scale smoothly for complex federated environments.
Closing a finding refreshes the findings list in a non-sequential manner, making it difficult to go through findings in order and close those that are completed.

Our organization uses CYE's platform across a large decentralized environment with 37 independent subsidiaries. From an operational perspective, the platform has been very helpful in creating structure, prioritizing risks, and giving each subsidiary a clear set of actions. The product is strong at breaking down complex technical risks into something that is easy to understand, and the hygiene insights are especially useful. At the same time, working in a federated global environment has highlighted some limitations. Consolidating all subsidiaries into a single, consistent global view has been challenging, and the multi-company report required adjustments after we provided feedback. Getting a fully unified, single-pane of-glass-experience takes manual work on our side, especially when mapping subscriptions, onboarding subsidiaries, and aligning data. Overall experience with CYESEC Hyver has been very to exceptionally good. The pace at which they are improving the product (as it was already good when we implemented it) has provided great value for money. It brings insights and key mitigation that would have been impossible or hard to find without the tool and meaningful actions instead of just reporting problems. Cutting the noise of all tools and have one way of communicating to both management and the board, and internally. Measuring maturity has never been this precise, and reducing risk with surgical precision is saving us money. The product is still maturing in some areas, like reporting modules and customization. The roadmap is active and as I said before, the speed of improvements is quick.
