I love this platform. it takes a small investment of time and effort to know how to move around it, but if you spend just a little more time, it is incredibly useful. Easy to Use, Great Training and Support Provided
Overall, we are very pleased with eDiscovery Point and the training provided. The team is very responsive and knowledgeable. The database is easy to use and navigate. My issue is that it's difficult to figure out the scope of each team member's involvement, who to contact for what type of issues, and who handles what tasks. I feel our firm may be missing out on support and available services simply due to lack of information on what's available.
