1. The platform's flexibility and integration capabilities, supporting multiple protocols such as REST API, EST, ACME, MS-WCCE, SCEP and providing with multiple connectors. 2. Intuitive administration and user interface, which makes it easy to manage large certificate inventories. 3. Excellent vendor support, partnership mindset, and quick turnaround for feature requests. 4. Strong security and compliance foundation, aligned with PKI standards and RFCs. 5. Strong technical expertise and availability of the Evertrust team. They understand enterprise PKI environments and adapt quickly to complex needs.
Evertrust provides very efficient and quick support. The company provides fast updates and adapts to our needs when possible.
Very easy integration and amazing performances on discovery campaigns.
1. Reporting, analytics and dashboard features are still evolving and could benefit from more customization and intuitive tools to easily build or customize dashboards and reports. 2. Evertrust does not yet have a dedicated integration team (and it is perhaps normal for a software editor), which sometimes requires relying on external service providers for large-scale integrations; fortunately, this is largely compensated by the vendor's strong technical expertise and responsiveness.
The only minor issue so far is that the web interface cannot be customized to clearly make the difference between production and non-production.
Still a young product, some bugs remain.

We deployed Horizon to improve and automate certificate lifecycle management across multiple technical environments. The solution allowed us to introduce new enrollment methods such as ACME, EST with OTP, REST API and MS-WCCE, covering both traditional and cloud systems. It also improved visibility and governance by consolidating our certificate inventory with discovery features, and by creating automatic ITSM events for renewals and incidents. The platform has proven stable and secure, and we have already implemented several use cases with different infrastructure teams. A complete solution that integrate with most of major solutions
We have a great experience with Horizon that provides multiple connectors to many external environments. EverTrust team has always been very available and reactive to make sure we had a comfortable experience. Best product I've seen so far regarding certificates management so far ; they know how to handle every usecase, every protocol we did bring them so far, and showed great expertise on all contexts discussed. The UI, look and feed, all this front aspect is definitely in my opinion the best on the CLM/CM market so far.
