HCL is a highly flexible partner providing Midrange Services within our IT environment. Changes to the service are easily discussed and adopted by the team. The changes in the teams set-up then, need reflection in contract as well, which then was not always too easy, as the Legal team, nor any other support team such as HR or Finance from HCL are as flexible as the delivery team. The team itself works self-dependently and according to the standard-operating-procedures.
