Technical capabilities related to the IoT platform that is scalable and flexible enough to accommodate local as well as global inputs. The development team is experienced and has already worked with us in the past, creating a certain comfort level for the new project.
Here are my top three things I liked most: 1. e2e capability: strong experience from strategy, discovery through rollout and implenetation 2. depth of expertise: they defiantly have market fit and that comes with experienced stafff 3. enterprise delivery: yu can ensure what you get will be enterprise ready
The team is vely knowleadgeable and friendly. The solution feels very stable and secure. Their support is responsive when we really need help.
The development team becomes rigid at times, on certain requirements, causing some delays and rift between the stakeholders and core project team. However, it is mostly resolved by timely intervention by the project leaders.
I really disliked three things: 1. Cost: pricing can be high and chnages in scope can add more cost 2. Process friction: process can feel very heavy 3. Handoffs: handoffs can take some time so you are not able to have rapid experimentation
It can be a bit expensive to make small changes later The learning curve is steep for a new users Sometimes the administrative processes take too long
