It is great for black screens and image based automation where traditional tools fail to score.
Reliability, Quality, Friendliness
1. Maintenance windows cannot be configured by the end user (although this is on the roadmap to deliver) 2. Single Sign On (SSO) is not currently supported which means users have to remember separate login details 3. Accessing the data via an API is not easy
The tool requires heavy installation. Eggplant functional is quite easy to work with. Eggplant DAI in theory provides abstraction in the form of models but can get very complicated and flaky.
The scalability is problematic and makes the product slow.
