Ease of Test Script Creation, execution and commercial model
The adaptative auto healing fixes failing tests due to UI changes in an instant. The low code test creation lets even our most novel testers to create tests without the need to know how to code. The automated triage lets us enrich the tickets to the developers so they go straight to the cause of the issue.
While Mabl supports in-built version control for the tests, it would have been better if there's versioning support with version control systems such as Git
Self-Healing is limited and absence of NLP based automation feature or monitoring application usage and reverse engineer it into automation tests
Not being open source like playwright or cypress means all runs happen within Mabl environment Massive scaling-up can be costly when you start adding users to create tests and the number of tests start to increase a lot. There might be some cloud latency because the tests runs on their environment.

Our experience with mabl has been nothing but exemplary on multiple fronts. We did an initial pilot trial with 3 product teams. The teams were onboarded quickly, and the mabl team reflected back a solid understanding of our use cases. Access to hands-on support through calls, as well as in real-time with mabl engineers in the 'friends of mabl' Slack community, helped to accelerate our evaluation. One developer reported test creation in 25% of the time than normal. We chose to purchase the product at the end of our trial. The product goes beyond traditional test automation tools in feature/function, flexibility and ability to customize, and most importantly in its maturity of integration and purpose in modern CI/CD pipelines.
