The support is very good and also fast. If you have problems they will help you in a remote session as well.
My overall experience is good with Metalogix Archive Manager for Exchange tool. There are nothing to dislike about the product or service.
It is overly complicated for what it does. It also has some issues that we have had to find work arounds with. Support now isnt as responsive as it was in the past.
It would be nice if its work wihtout plugin. But I think this is more a problem of outlook. The administration gui could be a little bit more intuitive.

Good Archive Manager for Exchange 2016
We use the Metalogix Archive Manager now for several years. First with Exchange 2013 and now with Echange 2016 The product is very good. You have a preview in Outlook (like a pointer). For open the e-mail, you need an outlook plug-in and also update the registry because of restriction of microsoft. It works, but it could work better
It is a solid product that works well, it is just a little difficult to configure initially. The support and professional services was good. Does what we wanted, but not the greatest solution
Installation was easy to do. Once installed performance issues cropped up quickly as we began archiving and journaling mail. Several attempts at configuration changes to improve performance later we were finally able to resolve issues. In production now, users have no complaints, archiving and journaling are working well. Support and documentation are lacking and vendor engagement with me is non-existent.
