The level of automation is super nice. Next to this the UI is user friendly so less technical people are also able to use it effectively.
Accuracy, Stability, easy integration with slack,
I like their out of the box monitors especially the freshness and volume monitors and more so during the holiday season when we are under capacity, the monitors help us a lot in identifying anomalies.
We are missing some integrations with some of the tools we use. Next to this, the management of enabling/disabling sources to monitor is not automated and can be time consuming.
No new relevant features for a long time, Sometimes the alerts pop in a too large delays, not a lot of room to configure in large scale
Not a major dislike but I feel they should have a feature request page where existing customers can ask for new features in the product, it will also help us see what new features other customers have requested from them which might help us explore some unexplored features.
