It has a bit more flexibility than our old product, native JDEdwards. Still too many complaints from end users, gives a bad taste in my mouth!

Easy to follow with Bpm

Easy Implementation, not costly as you may think.
Overall it's an excellent solution, easy to use, implement and adjust perfectly to BPMN 2 notation. Over a year we move about 40 BPM's from our in-house solution to Oracle BPM with no problems, even though we didn't have a tool to migrate all of them automatically we did it in a timely manner from scratch, it gave us the chance to review some of them and make improvements. A powerful package of Oracle Bpm tools that is among the best on the market. In my personal experience, I have mainly used the JDeveloper framework that allows you to create flows under the BPMN notation, also integrate ADF screens to SOA web services and thanks to its Java language development facilitates the realization of undefined requirements as needed. Its implementation in the Work Area is relatively easy through a .JAR, in terms of the configuration of roles and profiles it is easy and allows you to integrate any LDPA. Among the negative aspects of this tool is that the learning of its use is broader, in addition to containing innumerable errors that have not been resolved, at least in the 11g version, it also requires many processor and RAM resources. Implementation a nightmare, ongoing support issues, and EXTREME slowness
The process to install and configure was a real nightmare for us. As well, we continue to have issues with pieces of the product, and users are always telling us how slow the product is. As an admin on the software, it is always lacking for one reason or another. I would have rated this product a '1' about 6 months ago.
