Reviewer Insights for: Panaya Test Dynamix
Panaya Test Dynamix Likes & Dislikes
- Saving time during Tests Phases (Documentation generated automatically, Tests automated, Mass upload of test cases, Reporting, etc..) - Integration with SAP Solutions, especially ERP ECC and S/4HANA.
The ease of access and configuration of the tool and its possibilities of escalation. Also, the prompt answer and support of the Panaya team were great!
Easy to use. Able to record the steps taken in SAP during testing for compliance reporting.
- The recording of other Applications (none SAP) gives a poor result (each click, Panaya save a screenshot..).
It still needs to have more direct integrations. It would be nice to have some integration with PowerBI. It is also not possible to have Single Sign On, at the moment it only works (fine) with local users, but it would be better to be able to delegate user authentication.
Users had to much access. Accidental deletion of test cases.

I deployed PANAYA for my Company to automated tests during SAP Projects, We manage overall testing campaign using Panaya (Manual Tests, Automated Tests, Defects Management...). - IT PROJECT MANAGER50M-1B USDEnergy and UtilitiesReview Source
Very ease and friendly testing tool!
Very good testing tool, and offers a friendly user experience to testers and developers. The offers a wide range of configuration possibilities, as well as built-in reporting tools that help a lot to track tests. However, if it could have more integrations, like its competitors do, it would gain a lot in customer experience. - Project Manager50M-1B USDTravel and HospitalityReview Source

Easy to use. Does not determine end to end testing.
Panaya worked well to identify test cases required related to a SAP upgrade. Tool was easy to use for loading test cases and tracking progress. - Applications Architect50M-1B USDRetailReview Source
A strong record and playback testing tool for SAP
When we first connected with Panaya in 2011, their core focus was on SAP support pack and enhancement pack analysis. We were one of the first companies to leverage Panaya purely as a testing tool (without any link to a support/enhancement pack project). Overall, the tool works as expected, recording user actions for future playback. As we've matured, the two areas where I would like to see an expansion of the tool would be to provide the same record/playback functionality outside of SAP/Oracle, and a robust automation engine so that users do not need to run the scripts themselves.
