The product Reflex WMS can be configured in several ways without any development The standard product is in use with many customers so is working well, since it has been tested a lot There is an active R&D department, which is busy with future developments
1- Standard features : The solution came with a large set of standard features, minimizing the need for customization. 2- User-Friendly Interface : a well-designedn intuitive interface reduces the learning curve for employees and increases overall efficiency. 3- Flow type : Reflex Web adapts to every type of flow: BtoB, BtoC e-commerce. 4- Core model : Reflex Web allows us to build a 'core model' that enables all our warehouses to operate with an identical version, simplifying support and deployment of the solution internationally.
- It's a little to easy to make big mistakes (erase orders, for example) - Demanded to works with loads (for E-com you just want the orders closed) - All this work with HD:s, should be an optional/easier solution
The product Reflex WMS has several possibilities to configure, but often, straight forward functionalities require customizations Many details cannot be found in the online help or in any documentation The support and consultants which are junior and ask questions to the team which does not help us forward
1- Support : Support responsiveness could be better, but establishing a good relationship with Hardis has led to improvements in the solution. 2- While the Hardis teams are highly skilled, navigating Hardis' complex organisational structure with its numerous departments can be challenging.

We have been working with Hardis since 2017. We carried out a version upgrade, which went well. The support is good; We are currently working on cloud migration & upgrade project.
