This is an incredibly powerful but complicated product. It's not the most user friendly UI. On one hand it can be so rigid that you cant even find a workaround, whereas on the other hand it could be as simple as adding a check box. The reporting and analytics can also be a little stubborn when you are looking to create specific charts.
