The UI is very poor; it lacks various useful capabilities that a modern core or digital banking platform is required to have. It's not a low-code or no-code platform, but huge and complex customisation is required that adds complexity, cost, and delay to the product launch and risk in commercial brand reputation, profitability, scalability and product marketing perspective.
