It is fairly easy to navigate and collaborate with teams and team members. Content curation is smooth and quality content recommendation is quite helpful. Customer data is segment is easy to manage and we can map the journey of the customer which allows us to plan ahead. My experience with the platform as been quite enriching.

The product seem to be very promising, the company culture is also very modern it fits into changing culture in digital initiatives. But on the other hand implementing the software in cloud environment was quite difficult, there was a lack of support and available documentation. You also rarely find third party partner able to support.
