It has many valuable features which i like. For example, customer data segmentation, customer journey mapping, quality content recommendation and overall content curation.
If you have a narrow business domain where you want to improve, it is a platform which can help a lot, and you will be inspired by the companies approach.
I find the personalisation feature quote valuable. I also like that how it helps in segmenting the customer data.

It is the lack to scale. If you leave the narrow band and want more you are competing with other customers about the same resources, and sometime your requirement doesn't fit to the capability of the service or product, then also the provider just just be honest. The licensing model because of third party dependencies is quite old fashioned and doesn't fit quite well to cloud infrastructure .
It needs some more improvement to reach reach its capability. Customer support needs to be more quick.
