SAP/HANA is a world renowned product that's been is use for years, so the stability of it is a big plus. Also, it has the ability to combine all company related tasks and processes into one software platform (warehousing, inventory, sales, invoicing, contact management etc). Another thing I like about it is that it's very modular, so the software can be customized to how it best suits your environment.
Positive Side: 1) Service and support is prompt and service staff is well knowledgeable. 2) They continuously update products and services based on customer feedback which makes our experience smooth. 3) AI driven ticketing options to enhance resolution efficiency and productivity.
Dislikes: 1) The service and support are costly to afford for smaller organisations. 2) Frequent product updates disrupt work flow. 3) Extensive training is required due to the complex interface of the products.
Sometimes there's odd and random errors that crash the software and it needs to be restarted, and sometimes certain addins cause issues and can complicate the installation process. Another thing I don't like about it is the fact that it has a large footprint if you're hosting on-premise and needs to be maintained regularly.
Negative Side: 1) Products and services are expensive for smaller organisations. 2) Its Integration with other than SAP software is difficult 3) In-house IT team unable to resolve SAP related problems makes it dependent on SAP service team.
