The product is very solid, but it lacked documentation on special features. Such as interfaces to other products like others. But we were able to get support from SmartBear.
Performance and Stability Issues Object Recognition - It takes much time to load the object browser, to reach the respective object from parent to child is not so quick Steep Learning Curve for any new integration (similar to resolution for network suite)
not having copilot integration sometimes its too slow and gets stuck
