Strength of SVM : 1. Being more than a couple decade old company it shows it strengths in the robustness and the depth of information available for the software. 2. I personally appreciate the details I can see in regards to the reports generated. 3. The software is very focused, it knows what, when and how to show things that makes me or any user understands it's purpose.
There is a lot of flexibility in scheduling and installing patches which are very helpful for us as we can do this as per our requirement and avoid costly downtime. Also, it is very easy to create new processes and streamline them.
Can correct the product vulnerabilities that can arise from several third-party applications even when the starting of development
Issues with SVM: 1. Although the software experience is smooth and lag free but the User interfaces feels dated and one could easily feel the data is just thrown at them rather than analyzed. 2. Being robust is one the best thing about this software but for me it also took some time to understand how things work so there is a learning curve to it. 3. Each and every data is table based would be helpful to have free data for some custom applications in SVM.
There are delays sometimes in the response time of the platform and even after fixing some patches, they might still show up as faulty. Other than this it is quite decent.
