It's very easy to deploy to all users - even non-technical users. Support team is excellent and very quick to assist when issues arise, or a problem occurs which we cannot solve. Soterion provides deliverables that can be distributed to business users without a lot of extra work translating technical information.
IAM is strong within SAP infrastructure, but leaves a bit to be desired outside of it. Sometimes, we experience too much of a good thing. With so many features, it feels like we're not using the tool to its fullest capabilities. Even though this tool is very important to business owners, it can be hard for them to buy into a tool to manage it.
