Good customer service on the IT side, and the program is easy to use. We use it to upload fully executed documents so that they are available to all of our legal staff nationwide.
A little know howis required for configuration but that's obviously is a must. At least everything is configurable through UI.
The program times out too quickly for me.

Easy to use and flexible.
We were up and running very quickly. We really like the "attributes" feature. We are able to code documents with specific legal words about copyright, confidentiality language, publicity and assignment. The search feature is very fast and we like the way we can quickly search for specific language within the document.
